Purchases
Payment must be made in full before tickets will be released. The ACO Box Office accepts cash, checks, debit cards, Visa & MasterCard. Checks can be made payable to: “Atlantic Classical Orchestra” or “ACO.”
Tickets purchased through the ACO within one week of a concert will be held at the box office and may be picked up at “will call.” Any orders placed more than one week in advance will be mailed to the address provided by the patron.
Subscriber Seating
The ACO does our best to meet all requests for seating our subscribers. The intimate dimensions of both of our performing venues mean that not only can you expect a powerful and intense musical experience, but that every seat in the house has a great view of the stage and the performers. Live musical performance is about communication, and the essence of the ACO experience is feeling a real connection with the music, the musicians, composers and your fellow audience members. By performing in more intimate venues we are able to maintain a special ambience that is at the core of who we are and what we do for our community.
If we can’t meet your seating requests exactly, we will provide seats that are near to your original request and meet your intentions as closely as possible. And rest assured that there really are “no bad seats” at either of our venues, due to their size and their excellent acoustics.
Due to the demand for seating at both venues, we have instituted strict procedures for seating both returning and new subscribers. Fairness to all of our patrons is our number #1 priority. We always seat returning subscribers first, and then new subscribers based upon the date we receive their subscription order form. For best seating in 2010, we recommend that you return your subscription order form as soon as possible in early spring 2009.
Group Sales
We offer 20 percent group discounts for groups larger than 10 people. Group discounts do not apply to subscription packages.
Ticket Donations
Patrons unable to attend a concert may return concert tickets to the box office prior to the concert as a tax-deductible donation. Value of the donation is equal to the paid value printed on the ticket. The tickets must be physically returned to the ACO Box Office no later than one day prior to their respective concerts to receive the tax-deductible donation. You may not donate tickets from past concerts.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only for cancelled performances. Rescheduled performances will not be refunded.
